The web is constantly evolving, with new technologies and trends emerging on a daily basis. To help keep up with these changes, it’s important to understand the three main types of web development: front-end, back-end, and full-stack. Front-end web development focuses on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, using coding languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Back-end web development focuses on the server-side of things, using coding languages such as PHP, Ruby, Python or Java. Full stack web development combines front-end and back-end development for creating complete projects from start to finish. To be successful in any type of web development requires knowledge of multiple coding languages as well as an understanding of the everchanging field.
