However, it is not advisable to do so. If you are serious about web development and want to create professional-looking websites, then learning both HTML and JavaScript is essential.

HTML stands for HyperText Markup Language. It is the foundation of all webpages and serves as the structural backbone that makes websites come alive. While it is possible to learn JavaScript without knowing HTML, it’s not recommended. Knowing HTML provides a solid foundation for learning JavaScript and other programming languages like CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) which are used to enhance webpages with styling
